Self-healing power

The strongest medicine that no doctor can create is called self-healing.

This is a kind of healing  that can bring you out stronger than before. It boosts your confidence, improves your condition and helps you jump over the current situation.

How does Self-healing actually work?

The very first step towards this is acceptance. When we decide to accept the state, we are in, we are already on the move to getting our self to start healing.

Then comes being optimistic. Simply by just thinking positively about the condition can work a miracle. Saying words like “I can, I will and I am” will help you move a few more steps in the process of self-healing.

Meditation is the next step. Keeping your mind calm, relaxing yourself and staying away from all kind of gadgets and noise pollution is the best way to start meditation. Prayer and exercises (yoga) are the kinds of meditation that will help heal from within.

Next step is to listen to what you need. Not many of us realize in case of any illness or incident our mind often sends us signals telling us what to do. Those who are wise enough understand these signal the others just ignore them. So know, what your mind is telling you. For instance say if you are tired your mind tells you to give your body some rest. The same way it works with the healing process.

Ignore pessimistic comments and depression (not easy but try). This will help keep focus on what you think about yourself not what other think. Pessimism and depressions will just pull you down. So close your ears and stop all the negative thoughts.

Go on a holiday, of course depends on how bad is your condition but trust me a relaxing holiday can get you all the energy you need. Also, I suggest taking few massage sessions to rejuvenate you. Do things that make you happy. Focus your attention on what makes you happy is the last key to healing. Some hobbies like painting, singing, dancing, writing or even playing instruments can make you feel happy. You may even learn something news that you always wanted to do.

All the above things are processes of self-healing  power. This can only happen when you are ready to take them into action.
